Getting to Know You
Creating a custom wedding suite, is really about showcasing your style/event. We wanted to get to know you, your style, your wedding colors, your favorite activities so we can create an invitation suite that reflects you and your personality.
Design and Printing Process
We will browse your Pinterest board, get your wedding colors, pick out paper and envelopes, and decide what type of printing suits you. While we specialize in Letterpress and Foil Stamping, we can also do thermography, embossing and flat ink.
If you can imagine it we can create it. We provide our clients with Save the Dates, Invitations, Programs, Menus, Escort Cards, Place Cards, Napkins, Stir Sticks, Signage, Vinyl and More. We love creating a brand that we can continue through out your event.
Creating an Estimate
We create an estimate for your suite once we have had our initial consultation. Creating a custom estimate takes about 2-3 days. Custom Design Suites start at $2000.00
A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to start work on your design. Once I receive the deposit the initial design proof will be sent to you no later than 2 weeks from that date. Your design fee includes two complimentary rounds of revisions: one for your invite only, and one for all of your remaining pieces. Any revisions made beyond the complimentary round incurs a revision fee, you will want to gather all your comments and revisions as it will help to expedite the process and save you money.
Nothing will be sent to print until you have approved the design. By approving the designs (in writing or via email) you agree that you have reviewed the digital product proof and that you approve of the colors, fonts, and layouts and the product is free of spelling or other errors. Paper proofs can be purchased for $5/proof; they will be digitally printed on your chosen paper. Flat ink, raised ink and letterpress cannot have an actual printed proof as plates need to be made for those printing styles. Any and all changes requested after you provide approval will incur additional charges.
Rush Fee: If you would like your items designed or printed faster than the stated turn around a 20% rush fee is applied.
Typical printing time is: Offset printing: 2 weeks, Flat/Raised Ink: 3 weeks Letterpress/Foil Stamping: 4 weeks
If you would like to have your envelopes printed prior to other pieces and sent out earlier (to you or your calligrapher) there is a $25 fee for shipping and handling.

My favorite part about creating custom wedding invitations is showcasing my clients style and personality. Since each invitation is custom designed from the ground up based on the client’s individual style, invitation suites start at $2000.
While it is great to meet with clients in person, I do accept clients all over the Globe. Modern technology of google chat, facetime and email make it easy to create the perfect invitation suite no matter your location.
Save the Dates:
Local Wedding is 6 months prior to the wedding date.
Destination Wedding is 9 months to a year prior to the wedding date.
Invitations should be mailed out 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date. (if you are having a calligrapher address them make sure you give them enough time too)
Your RSVPs should be returned to you no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date. Ask your caterer and other vendors if they need the final head count sooner than that.
